To: Boulder High School Class of 1971
Graduation from high school is one of many occasions which families remember because, like other similar occasions, this particular time holds a special significance for our children and family. It seems that families often measure their growth by the achievements of their children, from tiny baby to . . .
And so it was with Jan. But death cut short her life, and our family experiences a frustration from time to time of unaccomplished goals and dreams that would have enriched us all.
Some of Jan’s classmates and friends have come up to us in the past and said “Hello, I am . . .” We have cherished those gestures and kind remembrances of her. Our hope now lies in God’s promise of the resurrection and restored paradise on earth and our glorious reunion with her.
We extend our heartfelt desire to all of you for good health, happiness, and opportunity to seek life’s most meaningful purpose. Thank you so much for asking us to contribute to the publication of the 20th Anniversary of the Boulder High School Class of 1971.
In loving memory . . .
Eugene (Gene) and Iola Bigelow Parents of Janet Bigelow Hinkle
